Position: International Junior Sales Executive – Leading software solutions provider to major airports
This is a junior role for someone who has 1 to 3 years’ sales experience and wishes to grow under the guidance of an experienced Sales Director. We will help you to grow by training you thoroughly while giving you a large degree of freedom. We want you to progressively blend in to the company culture.
Please don’t apply if you already have lots of experience (anything over 4 years): we are confident you are great, but we wish to grow our own talent and the budget we have for this role is well adapted only to people at the start of their sales career.
Ozion Airport Software, a leading software vendor of mission-critical applications for airports, is looking for a gifted sales executive with between 1 and 3 years’ proven, hands-on sales experience. The ideal candidate is a driven individual who thrives in a corporate culture that emphasises teamwork, respect for others’ opinions and a thirst for constant improvement.
The role will begin with lead development for Ozion’s flagship software the “PRM Manager” (PRM is short for Passengers with Reduced Mobility).
Ozion Airport Software is a French company based just outside of Paris in Vaucresson. Through a detailed understanding of airport needs, superior ergonomics and smart algorithms, Ozion’s applications make complex airport operations run smoothly.
You are a methodical, organised person who can identify the 2 to 4 players who will decide the sale, to understand your prospect’s needs and demonstrate how they are well addressed by your solution. You never give up, are realistic and naturally positive. You understand how to re-construct an organisation chart, identify key contacts, speak to them, qualify their needs and agenda, while reassuring them and helping them down the sales funnel. You speak and write English/French easily and convincingly. You are based in the Paris region (France).
Experience & mindset
You have been well trained in sales, understand the steps in the sales process and the dynamics of a successful sale. You have shown determination, skill and good results in a sales role. You are patient, organised, and know how to listen to and reassure prospects.
You are a curious, fast learner, eager to grow by working with our Sales Director. You also want to discover how to combine traditional direct sales with advanced marketing techniques and tools using the web to get key leads, develop the market’s exposure to your solution and build market awareness / trust.
Initially light, you will progressively travel more and strike a work life balance where you can alternate between presence at our Paris office using direct cold calling, conference calls and site visits to airports, in some cases over 1 to 3 days. The intensity of travel can be tailored to your tastes and needs.
