Edwart Chocolatier on rue de Rivoli is partnering with Lisa Allen, a professionally French-trained American, to open up their chocolate making classes to local expats and visitors to Paris. Group and private classes are available in English, French and Spanish, for groups of 2-18 people, with a variety of classic and seasonal content. Classes last from one to three hours.
