2018 marked Bonnie’s 20 year anniversary of teaching. She welcomes students of all ages (from as young as 4 through to adults), of all levels (total beginners through to advanced), and provides comprehensive tuition in piano and music theory in both English and French. Her primary goals as a teacher are to help her students to build the best possible musical habits and discover the joy of learning and progress through healthy levels of dedication and self-discipline. Above all, she aims to foster a life-long love and respect for music in all her students.

Last school year, Bonnie was proud to announce that all her students, across all levels, who undertook external ABRSM music theory exams were awarded results in the distinction category (a result of over 90%) and 25% achieved the exceptional, perfect score of 100%! Last year also saw the inclusion of more class excursions to concerts at the Philharmonie de Paris, an inestimably valuable, fun, educational and inspiring experience.

To ensure the most complete experience for her students, every school year is punctuated with key events that serve both as a constant motivation to maintain regular practice, as well as providing essential musical experiences. Students have the joy of seeing their progress first hand through participation in the annual concert, regular smaller, personalised achievement recitals tailored to individual students, the annual Scales and Sight-Reading exam, piano duet workshops and external theory exams.
