Corcoran’s Saint-Michel was founded in 1997 by three brothers: Julien, Liam and Michael Porisse. Before Corcoran’s, they ran a very successful souvenir shop business in Paris, yet they always shared a dream of one day opening an Irish pub. They wanted to create a cosy place where friends could hang out, watch sports and have a good laugh – a home away from home. With this spirit in mind, they created the first of eight Irish pubs.
Corcoran’s Saint-Michel has now won Best of Paris 3 years in a row, once again firmly retaining their title this year. For the most authentic Irish pub experience at Corcoran’s Saint-Michel, visit during the weekly live music events, pub quiz night or when a big football or rugby match is on. For late night DJ parties, head over on a Friday or Saturday, and if you’re a fan of the rugby team CA Brive Corrèze Limousin, you’re in luck! The local fan club watches all the matches here.
