Claudia is the CEO and founder of Dare To, an innovative training and coaching service specialised in job search, career acceleration and leadership development. Passionate about human behaviour, Claudia believes that authenticity, choice and self-awareness are the keys to fulfillment. With 12 years’ experience and a speaker of 4 languages, in 2018 Claudia launched her Get The Job program, which helps professionals to get hired in less than 3 months. Claudia attributes the 80% success rate to her SONAR methodology.
With a Masters in European Business from ESCP Europe, and a BA in Economics from ITESM (Mexico), Claudia is also certified in the fields of self-knowledge, leadership and organisational behaviour (LEHP, Human Element), Career Management Coaching (ICS) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
