But there are hairdressers who know the difference between a few centimeters off the tip and an Amélie bob. Make a salon appointment and relax, English is welcome.

Rock Hair

Look no further than this retro 1980’s style salon for your haircut or coloring needs. Appropriately named Rock Hair, this hipster spot by the Canal St. Martin has had a fan following for years. The salon resembles a record store from the outside, and the interior houses a group of young hairdressers whose colorful head of hair may be intimidating – but rest assured they’ll cut, style, or dye your hair in the style you asked for, not in their particular taste. The staff is patient with kids and picky adults, the prices are affordable, and best of all their playlist is full of good tunes.
